SUMMER LESSON CALENDAR!
Where: I teach here in Petaluma, both at my home on the East Side, and at Tall Toad Music.
How Much: I charge $25 per half hour.
(Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis… these be some rough times and I’d hate to turn away a skilled player due to such silly things as money.)
Payment can be made monthly or on a week-by-week basis. Check or cash is fine – checks should be made out to Gio Benedetti.
When: I teach Monday – Thursday. The lesson time is determined by where our two schedules can converge.
Mondays and Tuesdays I teach from my home.
Wednesdays and Thursdays I teach at Tall Toad Music.
I prefer to see students once a week for at least a half hour, but am happy to work out other schedules such as every-other-week, or monthly appointments.
What do you need:
You will need a clear idea of what you wish to accomplish on your instrument. I can only see you for 30 or 60 minutes per week, so for the remaining 167 hours, you will need your own goals and drive to keep things progressing!
You will need an instrument. I provide the amp, cable and music stand.
You will also need a music notebook. These can be picked up in any music store. It can be either regular 5 line manuscript paper, or Bass TAB paper.
You will also need a sense of humor and a love of music. It will also help if you are familiar with the following:
• Star Wars (episodes IV, V, VI)
• The Princess Bride
• Monty Python (any)
